The MyNutrition SmartTone package has been developed in order to promote the growth of lean muscle tissue whilst also actively supporting the reduction of body fat. This package doesn’t necessarily promote weight loss, its primary target is to reduce body fat and to build lean muscle tissue.

Each meal will include a high level of protein and moderate/ low level of carbohydrate along with a great source of micro-nutrients.

This package is suited to those who are aiming to improve their weight management.

Please note that any Sauces/ Vinaigrette which are provided with your meal are optional for use but can yield a substantial amount of calories.
